 As a Seller/Provider, I agree to: 

1.     Certify complete truth and accuracy of all information provided Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com databases and publishing on Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com Website.

2.     Pledge to act in an honest, ethical, professional manner while dealing with other Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com Users and Clients.

3.     Conform to Federal and State laws while conducting business on Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com and with other Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com Users. 

4.     Act ethically when conducting business with Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com Users, especially in setting expectations and delivering products or services as agreed. 

5.     Maintain adequate bonding and liability insurance coverage against errors and omissions and other protections. 

6.     Act according to the law and in conformance to the principles and standards of fairness. 

7.     Maintain a high level of professionalism in all activities associated with the Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com and its host Websites, including messaging, emails, negotiations and other business activities. 

8.     Strictly adhere to industry normal and usual pricing and payment policies.

AFFIRMATION

I affirm being of 18 years or older, and have read and understand the above Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com Code of Conduct. I agree to abide by the Code and promote professionalism in its use.

I pledge my loyalty to other Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com Users, and to maintain a high degree of integrity in my dealings. I understand that any misrepresentation or breach of this agreement shall give cause to expulsion and/or denial of Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com use.

I shall use Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com information and contacts for ethical reasons only, and not abuse the privileges offered.

DISCLAIMER

I shall not hold Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com liable or file legal claims against the Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com for business conducted by myself and/or by its other Users. I waive and release all claims, demands and actions that I now or may have in the future against EventsPlanning.com, its officers, directors, Users, agents and employees for any act or omission in granting or denying user of Production & Event Services, Inc./EventsPlanning.com  or in censoring, suspending, expelling or terminating my User privileges.
